Looks good, just lacks storage space and that area between stairs and toilet feels cramped. The kitchen is how I'd design it. I'm just not keen on having the master's bed room above the kitchen. I actually made something similar but because of fengshui lol only kept one bedroom upstairs. Still on the fence whether to keep a double ceiling/loft style for the living room

What's the point of the second bedroom when you can barely fit what looks like a twin bed in it? Very impractical design. It's like a trophy wife - looks amazing but rather useless when it comes to the important things in life.

Where I live in Oklahoma we call it the middle of tornado alley I would not live in anything with so many windows as a matter of fact no windows and buildt underground is best here.

Jeremy Madison I live in OK as well. These houses can be entirely customized. So for us, fewer windows and a storm shelter beneath.
