First, thank you so much indeed for your halpful lessons and videos. Second, I'd like to ask about the meaning of "Further down the line" as you mentioned in your video. And the phrase" with dotted line to" In this context ( Reporting to the regional head, corporate services with dotted line to regional manager, ITS.

'Further down the line' usually mean 'later on'. ie: 'We need to fix this problem now, or we'll have problems further down the line'. 'Dotted-line reporting' is where someone also has an indirect manager as well as their main line manager. Some of the management responsibility may be shared with the main line manager. It comes from a dotted line that might be drawn on a diagram showing different responsibilities in an organisation
