Ross, Good to see U my friend. U didn't mention your grandbaby how is she doing? Good job on the window, when I get ready to put my windows in I know who to call. HA! HA! God bless and happy roads. Russ & Keira

I dont understand why you are putting the window right where the bed is. The bed is blocking the window. Why even put a window if it's going to be blocked?

Lynn Carol, first thanks for watching!! The window is for an emergency exit. I preferred not to have any, but realized I was trapped if the kitchen caught on fire. To see out, I just open the big doors and use the mosquito screen. Hope that explains it. 😊

Hello ✌️ Might I ask if those swinging doors came already installed? My van has a roll-up and I want to change to double swinging doors so I gain headroom. I have an '06 e450 (retired 17' u-haul).

Hi! Yes, they came with the truck, but the previous owner said he made them. They are pretty solid as you can see in the video. With the right hardware, looks like they wouldn't be too complicated to build. Hope that helps.

I need to know how the AC is doing. Can it run non-stop when parked in the sun and what is the temp drop between outside and inside? Thanks
@BoxTruckVagabond2 жыл бұрын
ronald duck, yes I can run it full time in the sun. I haven't really needed to since I'm outside a lot. I usually turn it on if the heat wakes me for a few minutes to cool it off. I usually have it set to 71 so it runs quite a bit when it's 90 outside, but I found if I have it set on 74, it keeps it cool and doesn't run as often. Hope that answers your question. Thanks for watching!

Awesome,thank you. I'm looking at 10 or 12ft trucks and taking into consideration roof space for solar. I want to use big house panels. On a 10ft truck its possible to squeeze out 800 watts and on a 12ft about 1340 so AC is VERY doable
@BoxTruckVagabond2 жыл бұрын
@@ronaldduck7567 that sounds great. Also, house panels hold up to hail and debris better, so I'm told. Good luck and keep us updated on your progress.

Nice job on the window! Nice light will come through now! Love the new chicken coop. They're living in luxury now 🤣 Reminds me of a tiny home...just for chickens. You're an awesome brother! They have a beautiful yard. Til next time...stay safe! 🥰

Stephanie S, thank you. It's been a blessing with the light and really makes me feel safer in case of fire. The chicken coop is over the top! LOL But the chicks dig it! ;)
