Boxbox, this is where I have to disagree with you regarding boxing being an arm sport. When I trained boxing my focus was always on my legs and back. Legs help generate the power behind the punches and also constant moving around the ring with explosive power

i been training boxing for a while and legs are one of the most important parts of the sports, arms are overrated lmao your punching power comes from every part of your body and legs, back and shoulder are the key to hit harder. also after seeing the spar i can tell the other guy has years of training and fights, can't compare. our boy has a long way to go
