Yeah. Plus Vitality doesn't work on Irelia but worked really well on him. If he had removed the items and given Seekers to Irelia and the Tattoo to Voli, chances are, this would have ended differently.

There is a glitch when you make an item radiant right before battle it just disappears. It is supposed to go to your side of the bench but it just disappears. I've had that happen to me 2 times

I had a glitch with the perk that makes 1 comp (on a champ) into an item for the round and I had another perk or item (can't remember what) so whenever it made a full item the full item stayed at the end of the round, pretty sure they fixed it or removed the perk tho
