I have issues mixing up strikes with king enough to set up my throws. When my punches don't work it just seems other characters have way more options and cheaper ways to open me up like Katerina and lucky Chloe

I need to abuse ff, n 1+2 more. I completely forgot it hits mid as well. There's really no downfall or risk in using it, and it grants so much plus on hit and CH. However the reason I haven't been using it as much is because on certain characters it tends to wiff even up close, like on Master Raven. You have to really use it in her face to get it to land, even if she blocks it.

Hey man loving the videos, any advice on doing ff1 in the advanced bread and butter. After 1,2 I can't get it to connect.

It's execution heavy and is quite a tight timing, either execute during the recovery frames of 1,2 or get f,f+1 just as 1,2 recovers and it will hit (has to be very fast, but don't worry if you can't do this because it's not mandatory to learn, it's just max damage)

You forgot f2-d12 which is a launcher. It does 82 damage if followed up by a normal combo.

It only does 71, damage with the b&b combo, 78 with the ff+1 screw. You're counting in the damage from the f+2, but only the last two hits are a NC.

Wait...Isn't Atlas Hammer ( D+1+2) guaranteed after his RD, when hits grounded opponent or is that only after a "Screw" Combo? or is that consider less damage?! Because I normally go for that option online...I didn't even consider the elbow drop lol good Vid Man! really amazing.

why didn't you put iSW in neutral. That throw comes out in 10 frames so it is literally impossible to react to if you buffer the iWR input. and it leaves you with great oki.

Turn on the recovery thing in practice mode so you know when you've recovered from f+2,1 and try get a feel for the timing of it, it takes a bit to get used to

King wavedashing is almost impossible for most people to do, there's no need to try learn it because it's the most difficult and precise execution movement in the game so don't worry about it

df3 is an oddball move, you won't really see it

BoxeR-King it's 14 frame mid tracks to king's left, with a safe extension 4. i.e. df3,4 though 4 is high

That's what df+2 is for (which actually gives you a mixup on hit)

BoxeR-King df3 is for people who ssr. all the other pokes of king's can be ssr or swr. it's an answer for that.

df2 is what is used for ss/swr. And another good option is to be sidestepping with them, you don't have to always use a move. df+3 has bad block and hit frames as well.
