BoxeR-King hey boxer, I was messing with ff1 immediately into 1,2 and it came out to be a 3-hit combo. I was only able to get it to come out 2 times as the timing is extremely tight. I was wondering if you would be able to try it to confirm it. It also worked with a hopkick, but only got it to come out once. This is without counter-hit.

I always recommend beginners just do the 1+f n f+1 just to get there feet wet. Seems no matter how many times I go over this people don’t seem to understand it.

After Watching These Videos , I magically was able to do the ff 1 combo 7/10 Times

On infinite stages (or any stage in general) if you aren't comfortable with this more technical combo, I found that launcher> 4 > b2,1 > iSW is the best damage possible with the least mechanical intensity. As opposed to his standard launcher> df3,4 > df1,2 > iSW. I believe it nets you 7 more damage. It has less wall carry, but if you aren't near a wall that's what I would nearly always go for IF you can't do this combo

I've read that delaying the 1,2 string opens up the window to landing f,f+1 by 2 or 3 frames.

Danny Fonseca3 months ago (edited)Shadow [TK] As always this game sucks at teaching you anything so let me tell you and hopefully more King players something about this combo. 1-2 into ff1 is a just frame combo, meaning that you have litterally 1 frame to input. However, the beauty about the 1-2 is that this string is DELAYABLE Meaning that if you do a delayed 1-2 you now have 3-4 frames to input ff1 which automatically increases the chance of you successfully landing it found this on an ATP video on "assessing combo risk reward", though not sure if there's any truth to it. Even if it were true, I'd imagine it might affect wall carry by pitting you further from the opponent than you would be if you didn't delay the 1-2.

Sounds like placebo because by delaying it you're letting them reach the ground faster and regardless you still have to hit it after 1,2 so whoever said that is spreading mis-info

Just recently I've started to use f+2,1 for a complete corner carry. Because I usually go for oki after RJB since it's way stroner there than any other situation. Btw I've started streaming and uploading archives to spread Kings goodness! Thank you so much, can't wait for your next video!

I can't do this at all, I've tried and tried for a year but for some reason I haven't been able to execute it even once, I've managed to achieve iSW and KBD P1 side but 1,2 F,F+1 for some reason it's impossible for me.

The video is great, it gave me a great notion to how to input it, but even after months practicing this and I'm still struggling to input it :( the struggle is so hard that I feel that this timming and input are harder than the electrics

yeah with 1 jab you have 5 frames to do ff1 with 1.2 you only have 3 frames window and thats much harder its ok with so many practicing

If you are very good in landing deviljin 2x ewgf into ff4 combo you will find this easy too ,although the timing is slightly strict that of king.

easiest way to learn how to do it is to listen to the "psshh psshh" sounds that happen, right after the 2nd punch connects thats when you start inputting the ff+2, you can also use f+12 and you'll only need to input 1 more f+2 for the running 2, workis rarely and i haven't found a way to make it consistent at all.

Dualshock is not making it harder than anything else, it's just a hard move which requires strict timing. A stick, keyboard, mixbox or whatever will not help you in the slightest in doing this.
