They've changed the puzzle at 1:27:40. This walkthrough is now useless. I came to this video for this specific puzzle, as I had been slamming my head a against it for an hour, and this video is no use to me.

Apparently, they made an update to the game to fix the issue. Once you get the parts for the knight puzzle, you should be able to work through it. The Steam community page also has a solution for this one.
