Quality video coach! As a beginner myself I'm loving these in-depth guides, helps me further understand the finite mechanics to the techniques I'm physically practicing at my boxing gym. It's cool because in your videos, you've always answered questions I've had about boxing that I normally wouldn't think about asking without me even asking! Appreciate the hard work and consistency, it inspires me to keep working hard myself! 🔥 I will definitely implement those drills throughout my routine 🙌🏽

Skip rope. Dont buy a cheap Walmart style rope or it defeats the purpose. You wont dedicate yourself to a cheap rope. Buy a starter from Rush Athletics (RA speedrope $15) then graduate to a Crossrope ($129 a set) once you make skipping rope a lifestyle. You could jog but skipping rope is so compact theres absolutely no excuse to why you cant do it daily.

How do you balance strength training with your regular boxing training?? Had some minor scares in the past overworking my body but not sure if I’m over cautious nowadays with how I space things out
@Carpe-Diem-gg1hg11 күн бұрын
As long as you can move your body relatively ok, youll be fine. But if it hurts to even throw a punch, like chest hurts or legs sore then take a rest day
@DrowsyMongoose6 күн бұрын
@@Carpe-Diem-gg1hg Yeah, I’m probably overthinking it. Exhausting the nervous system can suck though, not a fan of training on a lethargic auto-pilot. Total waste imo. Just gotta listen to me body better 🤷♂
