The coaches at my gym do things like get the pad holder to jab or cross and we need to slip the correct way. Is it even possibly to be good enough that you can tell if someone is going to through a jab or a cross. Seems ridiculously difficult to me

Hey bro can u do a video on how to stop flinching i just had my first sparring and i feel like shit because everytime he throw a punch i flinched like a little girl could you please do a video on that
@ricard21826 ай бұрын
ask your sparring partner to go lighter. this'll let you get more comfortable being hit. eventually you can start sparring at a higher intensity. being comfortable while being hit is important, you need to realize that pros have been hit more than an amateur has thrown punches

You’re scared to be hit. It’s bro it’s apart of the game

@@LifesPurpose_15 no no in my mind im okay with getting hit but flinching comes without my intention maybe i just need to get hit a lot of time so i can get used to
