@xen001234 looks like he does twist a lil bit, but i do argree that he should turn his waist more so it lines up to both his left shoulder and knee, but I cant blame him looks like he has his own style, and some times you can get away with something like that if you good enough that is.

For those saying they are in southpaw...we don't know that for certain. We don't know if they are both right handed, or if they are using Jeet Kune Do's basic principle of placing your strong hand forward, therefore decreasing the distance your most powerful strikes must travel for contact.

I like using Philly because it allows a bit of a rest for my jabbing hand. I think you have to worry more about the left hook though, especially if a guy jab fakes to a left hook, but all-in-all it seems like an awesome way to defend yourself.

@CountVonBrink its a defensive move to take away an opponents jab, and possibly can set up your counter attack..

I always struggle with timing that lead hook counter off a roll, I like how he moves his feet and creates a better angle for that. Is this mainly mma or boxing?

this isn't really that beneficial for south paws because you guys are both doing it out of a south paw stance, making it effectively the same as orthodox v. orthodox
