You know what My trainer put me through this and watching your videos helped me alot. Kept me moving facing the middle not keeping my eyes off and constantly moving. Kept it 3 to four rounds like you said and for three minute intervals. I watch your videos everyday and apply them. Im 5'9 and so I am short and I practice how to get in a taller fighter with your tips, too. Love it.

Just figured out a way to set this up indoors finally , it's a little tight in my small space so my movements need to be precise . I improved my agility 10 fold by doing this a couple of times a week for about 20 minutes each session for about 5 months . Besides hitting the bag this is my favorite solo training drill. My legs are shredded now also . Shout out to JT ! Thanks again for showing us this , I love it !

Thank you from saving me the time to do one of these videos. I see a lot of people square up as the weave (opening up their defense to body attacks and upper cuts and only having one side (lt or right) punch option. This is the best video I have seen for technique with the most offensive options. The measure of an effective defense is how many offensive options it creates.

Excellent drill. Thanks so much. Great movement also. It's definitely a great drill "as-is" but you gave me an idea of adding another line or two cutting across the others to allow more angles, etc. That may be more trouble than it's worth though. Probably better just to stick with the two lines...

Great drill. You make it look effortless. I wish you made a video on the steps and how to move so fluidly. As a boxer my movements are, as my coach puts it, robotic. So the challenge for me is just how to move smoothly around the ring and not so stagnant.

very nice and it looks more effective than a slip bag because of the constant movement and angles. thats the great thing about boxing, so manny gyms and trainers have so manny techniques and trainging styles everywhere u go but there are also lots of bad coaches and trainers as well but not you youre good nice work
