Them suits are dated but fighters dressed classy in the 90s, they all dress like clowns these days, especially the Charlo bros and Broner

Not even that dated tbh, we’ve seen Westbrook wear outfits that look like what Toney is wearing

Back in the good ole days,a fresh undefeated lights out Toney and a still tough highly skilled Mike mccallum. And what a fight they put on following this interview, boxing is several notches below this era now. No more James toneys or Mike maccullums. Just those unproven Charlo bros that alot of people are praising, yes theyre undefeated i belive but their opponents are extremely questionable.

You have to love the unspoken respect between these two great warriors. Here you have a young, prime CONFIDENT James Toney stepping out in rare form and expressing adulation to one of his predecessors…. And on the other hand, Mike McCallum, the quintessential “Boxer’s boxer”, showing respect to an up and coming star in the sport. This type of honor and respect is almost gone from the sport. You hardly see men of honor anymore, mostly pre Madonna buffoons. Long live the golden age of boxing. (1940s- c. 1998)

Back when Toney was healthy 🥲 though today, he looks like he's in a good place. He sacrificed his health to make great fights for the public.
