So I decided to buy this because I was 30 years old and never learned how to fight. Funny how I learned to shoot and grapple first. So I decided to buy the entire set up. I did so because I knew if I spent that money on it that I'd use it. I've had it for a year of inconsistent training like 3 days a week then to 4 weeks off back to 2 months on and 2 weeks off and 3 days a week. Now I'm boxing 4 times a week consistent and I love it. I like to go back to the first video I've done just to see how much I've grown. Love it
