Blue always showed me a lot of potential, he had some lightning quick punches, but for me he'd often get knocked out on a jab or similar. The randomness of the computer to decide the outcome was quite maddening in this game.

The tan boxer had stamina? (I think...it's been a while) Each color had a different attribute. The Green boxers were even in all attributes. One of them was punching power, other was defense. Yellow boxer was random attributes.

@@mrconancat I played the hell out of this game in the 80's and I remember the colors' talents. The red boxer was high punching power , the blue boxer was strong defense, tan boxer had high stamina, light and dark green boxers had balanced skills and the yellow boxer was unpredictable (skills set were randomly assigned by the computer each time).

@@RetroGamingLoft that's true.... I read really much gaming magazines in my teens. So I ordered one from eBay after I heard about it, but never really played it till now. After all that time.... It became more fragile *lol*

Yep, I guess we could call it a "gaming transposition". The Intellivision itself is a Mattel console. 😀
