I broke down in tears at some point watching these highlights. I am not against what puts food on the table for some people. But it is dangerous and heartbreaking we give money to people to beat others up. It is understandable for this sport when both parties are given the chance to defend you. I mean, the art of boxing and is sometimes beautiful when you watch certain fights but the dangerous and long term effect on both winners and losers can be life threatening.

I don’t think it’s fair to count knockouts against journeyman fighters from prospects as notable knockouts. These guys can get the notice from 3 days where the house fighter has weeks to train. Ones like smith vs maxwell and Lara vs wood are fair to count
