Joshua has never been elite, matched well, and promoted well, but when he stepped in with top opponents in their prime, he kept getting battered. Might as well step down a level where he can be competitive..... Joyce vs AJ is a good fight to make.

Well, Joshua was an elite fighter, but in a poor era. He'd have been a fringe world title fighter in the 90's but would have come up short. Lewis would have boxed his head off and knocked him out. Even someone like Shannon Briggs would have smashed him all over the place. Joshua's a European title skill level fighter with elite power and strength and mediocre powers of recovery. He's always been vulnerable and the writing was on the wall when he nearly got beaten by an ancient Klitschko and an old Povetkin. I think Klitschko and Povetkin would have beaten Joshua in their respective primes. He's done very well for himself, but he's on the slide. Bakole and Zhang would batter him. I'd probably pick Parker to beat him now. Possibly even Hrgović. He'd do Joyce just because Joyce's punch resistance has deteriorated dramatically.

at last someone has spoke up about the fighters over the hill that aj was fed by eddie hearn, ruiz put it on him,he was lucky that he put so much weight on he could'nt move in the rematch,don't take anything away from him,but he is having done to him what he did to them when he was 25,time does not wait for anyone.

Joe was absolutely right, many of us picked Daniel to KO AJ, and as for Eddie making out, there was no stadium fights before AJ came along, Britain was having stadium fights back in the 50s

no one wants to work with joe and his fighters unfortunately hes burnt nearly all his bridges interesting what the smith brothers say about him and the fact hes all about himself rather than the fighters all about personal accolades for joe it seems
