So was the Preacher riding with Herod back when they killed her dad? It would've been interesting to show Cort as a young 16-17 year old in that flashback. Just as a young impressionable teen who didn't know any better. It would also be another reason that his character would feel compelled to help Ellen as a form of atonement.

Just stupid but fun entertainment

Enjoyable scene, but the hole clearly visible in the shadow on the ground is hilarious... What did she shot him with? A 20mm AA gun? :) Plus, when she walks to his dead body, the hole/wound is no longer visible on the back of his coat.
