Boxplots in Google Sheets

How to make boxplots using Google Sheets.

Unfortunately, this Add-on is usually "unavailable." Over two weeks of having my students attempt to install it, we had only 4 out of 68 who were successful.

To see the add-ons button in the toolbar you need to work on a google sheets document (i.e. not an excel file .xlsx for instance). Also you should find add-ons (google marketplace) by clicking the "+" on the vertical bar on the very right of your screen (below the icons for calendar, keep and tasks). Still, the Statistics package hasn't migrated in the marketplace so it is unavailable. If anyone has suggestions for other add-ons that can do the job please let us know (the candlestick chart is pretty dreadful)!

Ok so that add on is no longer available. Instead I just went to www.alcula.com/calculators/statistics/box-plot/ and screenshotted the results.

Of course, I don't see the one you selected. I do see the one underneath (it's the top of my list) XLMiner Analysis Toolpak, which looks likely.

This information is very outdated now. Google had removed the option to add plug-ins a while ago. :(

The add-on doesn't seem to be available anymore. Sad...I could have used this with my students.

Google does not allow users to sign in to validate with this plugin. It's dead.
