Absolutely! I would be calling customer service right now and lodging a massive complaint. This is the one reason why I gave up my ipsy bags getting something I didn't order, charging an arm and a leg and now here the prices are going up again. I understand for the inflation but still come on 😡 You have a fabulous week and if I don't see you have a very merry Christmas❤

I’m so sorry that they didn’t send you the palette, but you had me cracking up. Those palettes are more than $$27, they are larger pans, I didn’t think she was making those size palettes anymore. I’m so glad that they are able to send it to you 💕

For some reason I thought the small 5 pan palettes were $27. I would have been even more disappointed knowing it wa a $48 palette! I was shocked customer service responded so quickly and said they would send me the palette! 🥰

That Natasha Denona palette is a$48 palette. 😳 So sorry that the palette is missing. My Tartelette palette was missing lost month. 😩 My box was great this month. It’s so weird that long time customers get very different picks. Have a great week, Julie. ❤

Of all the products in my box that was left out it had to be the ND palette! Uggh! Did you contact Ipsy about the missing palette and did they send it to you? I was shocked they responded to my email Sat. night and said it would be shipped out and arrive within 5-7 days. We shall see if that's actually true or not! I'm glad you got a good box! What did you get?

@ I didn’t get the Tartelette replaced, but they did send me an eight pan Il Makiage palette of neutrals. The boost was one eight pan neutral palette, and they did send a different neutral palette to replace the pink Tarte one. I have the Tarlette Juicy already, but I wanted to give it to a friend. Luckily on Black Friday I was able to buy the Juicy one for $20. Everything in my December box was there. I love it when I don’t have to interact with the Glambot. 😂

@@bettyvick2850 Oh that's right! Now I remember you telling you got the palette on sale! I NEVER deal with the Glambot. I send an email to [e-mail] where a human being responds to me at 7:52 PM on a Saturday night. The glambot just sends you do their FAQ which is useless.

@ The Glambot prompts for information and starts the opening of what I think they call a ticket, then I receive an email response from a human, usually the next day. It’s always sad when the resolution is a $6 refund. The Rosewood palette that they are sending is the kind with the big pans. It’s a great color story for you. ❤️

I have a couple of those ABH velvet lips and I love them. They are really pretty and a really pretty matte, I’m not sure if you would like them because you want to put lost over your lips. If you want a matte look they are a really comfortable one, at least I find them to be.

I purse my lips all the time so if something is dry it bugs me but I bet if I put a gloss on top of the ABH it would be fine. The colors all seemed to match on my hand so fingers crossed they all look good on my lips!

I would definitely call customer service. That's also way to many lip products. It's weird that these unheard of brands have such high values. Plastic lip tube 29 glass name brand gloss 24? Weird. They need to step up their brands before their prices.😊

I contacted CS via email right after filming and I actually got a response a few hours later! Then said they were sorry and that they would ship out the palette but I haven't received the tracking number yet so we shall see. The no named brand lip balm costing $5 more than the ABH lip stick blew my mind!

I thought it was the mini palette and I was mad. Knowing it is a $48 palette is even more upsetting but luckily they sent me a replacement.
