This is how my son was raised. He loved working at the soup kitchen with me. The homeless loved him. Always wanting to shake my son’s hand. My son always looked them in the eyes and said, it’s my pleasure. One guy said can I speak with you, I said sure. I walked over to his table and he said, Ma’am I just want to say you have a mighty fine boy there. He is so polite and always smiling. I said my son was taught to treat people like they are your Uncle or family. He wanted to hug me, but stopped himself, he was not clean. I said well I would not expect any thing different. 😮 I took his hug and patted his back. I also remember his first grade class he had a girlfriend. I said who is she! He said Bee Bee. I said oh I like her. He said can she come to my birthday party I said sure. Well needless to say we picked her up and my husband went to the door to walk her back to our car. He said, She is cute. Well she was black. My son didn’t know or see the difference. They are grown up now and my son won employee of the year 2 years in a row. Last year it was a $12,500 gift card to Best Buy. Thats how life treats him, but his biggest reward is in heaven.

I taught both my kids (now in their 30’s) to treat EVERYONE how you want to be treated because we’re all the same. I also taught them that every job is as important as the next, whether you’re the CEO or the janitor. If you walk into a restroom that’s meticulous then you know you have a person who takes pride in their work and you should always take pride in your work no matter what position you hold. Just like when you meet someone regardless of what color, religion or sexual orientation they are you should always treat them the same way you would treat anyone else…the way you would want to be treated. My daughter dated my son in law from the time they were 12 years old. I have loved him as if he were my own son forever! They gave me a grandson 5 1/2 years ago and he had his first day of kindergarten today…he is my heart! When people say things to us at the beach, stores or anywhere else…it infuriates me that such an AMAZING man as my SIL has put up with this racist sh*t his whole life, but I’m thankful he doesn’t have to go through it alone anymore. He’s a man who dropped out of school to take care of his brothers and sisters because his dad left and his mom had a breakdown and couldn’t handle it. He got his GED, and now works with a Union doing construction and takes care of his family. HE’S ONE OF THE FINEST MOST LOVING PEOPLE I KNOW and I’m so proud to call him family! People who can’t see past a persons skin color are not just the lowest of low, they are also missing out on some of the most amazing people they could ever meet and get to know!

These stories bring ways of touching someone's life without needing recognition. One example.. I was leaving a store walking to my car when I noticed the same woman I saw on my way into the store, standing with her bags waiting all this time in the excessive heat. I approached her asking if something was wrong. She tried to hold a smile while saying, "I'm waiting for a cab that was supposed to be here over an hour ago". I asked her if she would allow me to take her home and she agreed. We had chitchat until we were in front of her home. Upon her exit and gathering of her bags she looked at me with gratitude.. asking my name... "The happiness in your smile is so beautiful to me. My name is not important. Helping others in need is such a reward in itself".

I've come into some major money in my later years, (major to me, but far, far, from wealthy) and found people that I hadn't heard from in years calling me out of nowhere to see how I am doing. I also help family, close friends, and charities, but I'm not a fool for gold diggers. I have known some wealthy people in my time, and admire their philanthropy, warmth and kindness. The only thing I did not catch in this video is what happened to the restaurant guy that picked up their wallet and kept it. What an A-HOLE!!!

That girl that wound up with the thief Arnold. Was Ethan becoming successful how he "took care of" Arnold's foul play? Nothing past the mother's birthday about either of those other characters.....like an interaction or two just happened to be edited out of the story.

Ethan did the right thing by paying for that couples dinner!!!!! I didnot hear anything tho about getting Justice for the elderly couple about that jerk restaurant owner taking their wallet! That girlfriend of his is so selfish about not getting a birthday gift!!!! Wow!!!! Also the guy telling this story did not have proper English!!! He pronounced resume wrong and lives!!!!! The rest of the story was very nice!!!! Turned out great for Ethan and his mom!!!!! Wonderful story all in all!!!!! There should be more people like Ethan and the Elderly Couple!!!!! Makes for a Kinder world!!!!!❤yes!!!!
