One thing that always fascinated me about canjams is the assumption that everyone would have a certain threshold of experience since it's a nishe hobby. But it's mostly the opposite. Most attendees are normies that are just there for the occasion. I saw more people with Bluetooth headphones than i did anything else. The fact people saw your booth but didn't know what compensation graphs are is wild. But it makes perfect sense given the venue.

It's one hell of a headphone, if you can find a pair for under 100 bucks! Got all iterations by now (EP, MP and LP) and the MP is my favourite by far. Although the EP does sound surprisingly awesome with Beyerdynamic pads on :)

Are you guys publishing the measurements? I saw you measures a T+A, possibly Solitaire P? I recently tried the Solitaire P and found it to be a very good headphone that just screams for some EQing done to it and I'd love to see if your measurements are in line with how I perceived the sound (mid-focused, slightly veiled in the treble, and lacking bass, especially sub-bass). I did find the instrument separation to be superb though, even for classical music. Nevermind, found the link in the description. Will leave the comment here to boost your reach 😛

This may be a dumb question, but I'm a noobie. What is the difference between the freq plots for each headphone. Some differences, like pads, are indicated but there appear to be significant differences between the 2 readings and no info on why, or what.

The units unfortunately can range in how they come out the factory. Sennheiser puts a lot of effort in to make sure each sample has the same FR, but the majority of companies don't. I assume you're talking about the same model? If urs why different headphones have different FR, then it's because of literally every acoustic phenomenon. lol
