Definitely know how you feel with your hip situation. I had a similar situation but with my knee got a x-ray and a mri nothing wrong turns out I just have petalla tracking syndrome and meniscus and ACL irritation 👍

I just wanted to tell you that your hip problem, I have almost the same thing. It’s just a different impingement on my hip. You should of known after the X-ray you did not have to get a MRI. I was also told by my doctor any hip impingement is fixed with surgery. 100% go to therapy!!! It helps so much! I can put off surgery till I’m in my 30s and rn I’m only 16.
