Sadly yes. The first part I even took as an auto-irony, but later it definitly is homopropaganda. What about telling that quite often people who kill gays are themselves homo? Actually if you think that someone is a f** because of his behaviour, that does not make him a killer of criminal, in 99% of cases such people don't kill G-people. Most of people called "homophobic" are people who disaproove certain behaviours and don't support the ideas represented by the coloured flag.

GREAT VIDEO! It seems as if the more "progress" we make, the more accepting rational people are, and the more psychotic homophobes and the insecure seek to return us to "our dark ages". I was born in 1965 and I knew I liked the same sex since I was about 9 years old. The 70s and a good part of the 80s and 90s were torture if you were gay. Many people lived two lives: "Straight" during the day and gay during nights and weekends. Many things are better now but many are not. I remember in July 1986 getting my ass beat at 3am on Jane St between Hudson & 8th Ave and I remember that it hurt me more emotionally than physically because I had come to believe that anything south of 14th street was "safe" for people like me. The young men and women graduating from high school nowadays mostly do not have the hatred that my high school classmates had. I remember my high school "friends" expressing great hatred and disdain for gay people, although when asked if they knew anyone who was gay, the said they didn't. Many lives were ruined by that original 1961 video and others like it. First, gay people who saw it had their self-esteem knocked down quite a few notches. Second, straight people who saw it started calling the police on their neighbors. Third, because of the original video's "suggestion" that gay men were pedophiles, it pushed self-affirming gay life and culture further underground. For fear of being "outed", many gay men married women and had children, only to eventually get a divorce 20 years later when being gay was more "acceptable". Other gay men denied that core part of who they were, and buried it beneath a web of lies, drugs and alcohol. Indeed, some things have changed. But there is so so much more work to do!!

Years later, at a job he had, there was an old queen who kept putting the moves on him so much that his PTSD flared up real bad.
