I thank you, my dear precious loving mother Minnie Lee Williams, 89 years of age, for 60 yrs & still is the Church clerk at Peaceful Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Miami, Fla 33147 (Dr Rev. C. P. Preston, Pastor Jr.) My mother sung that song, "We Shall Overcome," on Sunday during The lord Supper Church Worship Service at Peaceful Zion, on August 1st, 2021. Kevan Williams Please do! The Boys Choir of Harlem closed down a few years ago. It very much needs to be revived, to overcome the difficulties and ugliness that brought it down.

I got to hear the boys choir of Harlem live three times and each time it was extraordinary! More importantly, I got to talk with the director Walter Turnbull! He was very passionate about his work and loved his choir greatly! He is greatly missed and someone should definitely revive the boys choir of Harlem program!

This group of singers are so so. beautiful. They sang the score for the movie "GLORY" which was about the attack on a Southern Fort in South Carolina.The attack was by the 54th Union troops. The attack was not a success with fifty percent loss of Union soldiers.
