Boysnoize Records (BNR) is commemorating its 100th release by assembling the only line-up on a double a-side single that could live up to something as huge as 100 releases. This joyous occasion is celebrated with remixes of Boysnoize Records founder Boys Noize (Alexander Ridha) tracks from his latest album Out Of The Black: "XTC" by The Chemical Brothers and "Ich R U" by Justice.
The Chemical Brothers draw "XTC"'s gritty lead bass-line out into a seven-minute techno-marathon; you will definitely need water after this ride. On the flip side Justice submerse the buoyant electro-house highs of "Ich R U" in a dark brooding space, an evil mutation of their signature-sounds. The resulting track is, as per-usual, stadium-scale epic. Expect to see BNR 100 conquer the dance floors and web-verse with this release.

AVD is so underrated. It was not a Cross 2.0 and I was happy with that, unlike the majority of the 'fans'. Why do something again? Sometimes it just takes more time to appreciate an album. I liked the album in the beginning, but I grew to love it. Songs like Helix and Presence are masterpieces. I will never regret the day I bought the album on vinyl.

What the people who hate don't get is that the new albums are geared for sets, and you only realize this by listening to Access All Arenas or Woman World Wide. Suddenly every track makes sense and has a place.

I like to see substantial negative criticism on music such as this as it shows the music appeals to intelligent people- which is an inadvertent positive compliment. But guys pay your dues- the composition here is above par and that truly is an understatement. And dont knock Justice's second album compositionally. Theme wise it is a classic. Sound wise its revolutionary. Change I guess is hard for some.

It is epic, that's for sure, but it could have been more epic in my opinion. I was hoping for a more dirty, banging track like on †. AVD is also awesome but with this one I feel like they took the easy way out; It could've been more. But this is okay too. I did give it a thumbs up + favorite etc. because I freakin' dig Justice. :)
