From India, and this was one of my favourite podcast experiences. Loved Khaqan’s knowledge especially about Bhagat Singh (as an Indian i always wondered whether Pakistanis even know him and some others like him given most of his life and work was based in Pakistani side of Punjab only) Zarrar is genuinely the funniest one. He resembles my fav Bollywood actor Shashi Kapoor soo much!! You guys should do this more often than just once a month.Much Love!

Hope this LAUNDA TALK continues every single month. Just love the way Shahveer tries to keep people updated and also his urge of keeping the masses aware of what the world is being up to. Also the previous "boys talk" in which you guys talked about manifestation and stuff was just amazing.I get so much to know by watching your podcasts. Keep this good work up!

"launda talk" is my favourite series of the honest hour podcast and all four of the guys have different niches; like Zarrar's fitness and humor, Daniyal's insighfulness, Khaqan's knowledge about literally everything (from history to geography to politics to Islam, he's a plethora of knowledge) and ofc Shahveer's openness and his zeal to make the viewers aware of current affairs and where the world is going is immaculate and everyone's energy level is insane. Love from Hyderabad, India.

@Singhbaghel984 Жыл бұрын
I am from India and I am genuinely surprised to see you guys have such insightful conversations. The reason for me being so surprised is the fact that Pakistan is always portrayed in such a way that you wouldn’t expect people making sense, for example the only time we consume any content in general related to Pakistan is through cricket, or dirty politics, or some kind of crisis that has happened there. Why would they even show good things when the political leaders of both the countries have always tried to bring each other down. And also let’s be honest there’s this entire debate of terrorism going and which is true you can’t deny it, Our country has faced the consequences and we’re pissed about it and will always be and that’s where the politicians get the edge to spread more hatred. They sell it that way and it’s sad. Another reason is that very recently people have openly started posting online without hesitation and now we can see the other side of Pakistan which is very rich in music, culture, the dramas that is makes and the fact that these people like people from any other place have the capacity to make sense. Came here for Daniyal but this was genuinely interesting. I have only ever commented twice or thrice before this but this podcast genuinely got me to express so much at legit 4 am in the morning 😭
@manhonest6011 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for your positive remarks. We Pakistanis are nothing like the way we are portrayed in Indian media or Bollywood. Terrorism is a fraud played against us too. If you guys think you are the only victim, you are wrong . May sense, love and respect prevail between the two countries.
@Singhbaghel984 Жыл бұрын
@@manhonest6011 I am so sorry but terrorism isn’t a fraud or a flawed concept though. I am not against the general public but your military funds the extremists of your own country to conduct the terrrorist activities . Our country has again and again suffered the repercussions. These extremists make baseless demands which historically aren’t even true and when their demands don’t get fulfilled they kill our people and in reaction to that action our country makes moves. In the name of religion they’re harming their own country’s image and spreading negativity about their own religion. Why do you think there’s so much phobia around your religion, one reason is definitely the fact that people are just dumb and believe whatever’s told to them but the biggest reason is these extremists who in the name of religion do such activities which in return harms the image of your own country and religion. So saying that it’s a flawed concept is disrespectful to the people who lost their innocent lives across both the borders. Moreover extremists exist everywhere but it’s the duty of the nation and its military to safeguard and stop such activities let alone support and fund them.

This was such a relatable podcast. I am a lahori brought up in USA mostly but remember my uncle bringing a stage comedy show from a desi store . As we had moved to USA, we were not allowed to watch it because of how tabooed it was considered back in Pakistan . We gave in though as we grew older and truly enjoyed this one comedy show in Punjabi . It casted both umer sharif and Moin Akthar. Btw, that valley girl kardashian accent is ridiculed and so not how an average Pakistani kid brought up in America talks lol. I wonder then why the “Burger” kids choose to adopt that particular accent of all ?

I have also read the entire life history of Bhagat Singh and also the last letter he wrote to his father before he was hanged. It broke my heart and I had the same complaints that why we aren't taught about his life when he was born in Lahore and hanged in Lahore. India respects and celebrates him even to this day while we don't even tell our children what a fearless young man he was, only 23 when he died and started the fight for freedom even younger. I would also say read about his life on the internet if you can because I personally found it way more straight forward and interesting than the movie. However, do watch the movie as well.
