Love the look back at the old Boys Tech High School. My grandfather taught commercial art there from as early as the 30’s to 1970. Great memories.

also attending the 25 year reunion i was impressed with the success of the guys they all did well in life . my mother went to girls tech i asked her why the school shut down she said the girls wanted to be with the boys .

i graduated in 1964 from boys tech and am i amazed at the number of faculty that was still there . you did a great job on the presentation . i believe that it was a mistake to allow girls to attend the school after i graduated . my parents moved back to milwaukee in 57 and the school board called and asked if i wanted to attend tech or pulaski of course i wanted to go there after going to open house . with my dad he went there also . its interesting that i only witnessed two fights while attending school there . but when i passed pulaski high there was daily fights there.

The man in the top photo in the yearbook is my grandfather Hiram Chester Taylor who passed away in July of 1946! I wonder whether it would it be possible to get a copy of that page?
