so, from what i understood at the end it goes like "i slept with your sister" cause through the whole song he was saying how it was her fault and how she was a monster, and he basically gaslit her, cause in the truth he was the bad one, and he indeed slept with her sister and hid it by gaslighting her, and that's where the name "gaslight" comes from. I might be wrong tho, but at least that's my interpretation!
