South view LRT station is named after its area in choa chu kang. It was in south choa chu kang, and was probably closer to future brickland mrt station (opening in 2034 as NS3A) than Choa chu kang itself and it also had a southern view of Choa chu kang hence its name. sama-sama

The BPLRT was labeled as a failure due to its frequent breakdown, uncomfortable ride and the accessibilities. Even the Minister Of Transport that time say the lrt is designed in a masochistic manner.

I ride BPLRT to work. My complain is the train break down often and frequency of every 5 mins too low during peak hour because too many passengers.
