I'm gonna say it's an aura. In the screenshot in the video, Xeno-A has a blue outline only around their body. Also on the spell background, Xeno-A's portrait shadow there does not have the roulette/cards/blackjack table. Xeno-A is still one of my favourite characters introduced in BPoHC
