The dross at this company will have found BP's video by now and will no doubt have read some of these comments. Therefore, to the lying half-wit in the grey sweatshirt, the offence of Assault does not need to have any physical contact in order to establish the crime. However, on this occasion there was clear unwanted, hard physical contact by the Village Idiot on the photographer, therefore Battery was also committed. As regards the VI's swearing, that is a Section 5 Public Order crime and the threats of assault and worse are just that, the offence of making Threats. As for the ugly harridan that initiated all of this clusterf* of a situation, she also made a Threat to the photographer, while you yourself committed a Section 5 Public Order offence on two occasions. If AF think that switching off their company Fudbook page and swearing down the phone at people that call to complain will protect them from possible charges, they would be very mistaken. They had the option of walking away but chose instead to try to enforce their own interpretation of the law onto a non-aggressive photographer. For that they must pay both in terms of money, legal issues and reputation. Sort them out BP. They are just gagging for it.

I notice they got CCTV cameras, you should make a request under the Data Protection Act (GDPR) for copies of the CCTV footage. I believe it's called a Subject Access Request. It's disgusting what they did to you and a real shame you didn't get the owner on camera either. If any of the other auditors who see my comment here are planning to go down and do a mass audit I would be very interested to tag along with my camera. At the moment I cannot afford to travel there myself so if there's any auditors that are passing through Selby (North Yorkshire) who could give a lift it would be appreciated. It's been a long while since I videod in public. Back in 2010 to 2012 I used to live in London and filmed at a lot of protests and other places. Also, filmed outside the Greek embassy where the armed police tried to push me down the street long before auditing was a thing. Wouldn't class myself as an auditor but more of an independent journalist but still support people doing auditing. I've seen plenty of videos from other auditors over the years and this one shocks me the most. 100% more people need to get out and go mass record this site to show these thugs that violence won't be accepted and will not stop people from their right to video record in public.

That guy went into fear derived full public melt down. The rest looked completely broken and intellectually short as they kept lowering themselves. BP helped them so much but they just couldn't help themselves. The cop even struggled to comprehend who the offender was. Too many people struggle on a basic level like this but we don't provide them with better mental health care in this country.
