BQE repairs won't start until 2028

The Brooklyn-Queens Expressway cantilever is crumbling in Brooklyn Heights, and now, construction to fix the busy expressway won't get underway until 2028. FOX 5 NY's Richard Giacovas takes a look at why repairs keep getting pushed off.
