Volume 01 (January - March 1995)
Continuing with my archive of video recording between the years of 1986 to 2001 this clip is of locations that I visited where not a lot of video footage was attained. Taken during the first half of 1995 with a collection taken from January to the end of March I visited in order to capture on film some special trains that were running. This took me to places such as Woking, Farnborough, Buriton near Petersfield, Moulsford and Didcot, Tilehurst, Basingstoke, Foxhills tunnel on Pirbright Common and Guildford. I hope this video takes you back to this period with fond memories. Feel free to comment, good or bad, all comments are read and greatly appreciated, but it is not always possible to answer each individually. Sit back and enjoy this latest production remembering all those now long gone Locomotive classes and other types of traction. at 30.00 47236 could be working 4M04 Southampton Docks - Morris Cowley service.

I'm not altogether sure if steam out to be coming from that 47 32:04, as I'm pretty sure it's not boiler fitted ... 😒

Yes I noticed that Andrei....Definitely not from a boiler....Blown gasket probably and low on power.......many thanks....Best wishes....Mark

@@spompey That is steam coming out but not from a boiler as 47806 had it's boiler removed when converted from steam heated 47254 to ETH only 47651 July 86 so what we are seeing is boiling coolant coming out.
