(Melt over bain marie) 160g choc 60g butter (Sift) 110g plain flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 3 tbsp cocoa powder (Add to melted choc + butter mixture) 150g sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla essence Mix the dry and wet ingredients together, then add: 2 egg whites 2 tbsp milk 1 tbsp water Sprinkle 60g choc chips on the mixture Then bake at 180°c for 15 mins. P/s: I've tried this recipe and it turned out sooooo goood!!
