Commercial Fishing Diving at Night for Flounder around the old Liberty Ships 20 miles out. Night Diving I miss the MOST...

Im from Louisiana i have intercoastal to tho lol and a few rivers ship channel ect the gulf gets pretty rough due to shallow water 3 miles out you are only in about 30'

Wasn't it a bit rough for an inflatable that day? Last time I tried that with an inflatable I got rolled over lengthways bow over stern and I ended up in the water underneath the thing. Luckily I had my 150N lifejacket on so I just held onto the boat so I didn't lose it and waited while the waves carried me back to the shore.

I wonder what's happening with the changes in throttle settings on the second boat. Every so often a cloud of diesel smoke is visible suggesting a throttle up seemingly preceded by a throttle down. One explanation might have been the propeller coming out of the water at each wave, but I don't think that was happening.
