Alright, I hope this helps out some of the boys struggling. You have one side with hooks and one with loops. If you use your right hand, reach behind and use your index finger to support the hooks - alternatively use your index and middle finger to hold the hook side - and just use your thumb to gently push the loops off of the hooks. It might be easier one handed due to the grip of two hands often creasing/folding the band of the bra, so both hooks are not getting released at the same time. If you have severe anxiety or are afraid of screwing up, you can just order a cheap bra online and try a couple of times to not get too anxious when you try it on your consenting partner later. Have fun, don't pinch them too hard (unless asked to) and stay safe out there!

Your standard 2 hook should be done fairly easily with one hand. Applying your thumb between the two hooks and the index and middle finger to push under the loops. The fabric was alittle soft and had the extended length which is what made it challenging. Three finger technique.
