Whatever happened to put you into that state, so sorry. there's always therapy and various levels of interaction. Whatever you can be comfortable with ,is for YOU. I think that we all have a bit of PTSD. Some more severe than others. Sometimes it's considered ✌🏿wisdom ✌🏿 and it helps us make better decisions. Sometimes it's so intense that it causes us to be ultra defensive and anti social. One of the things that I've learned is that the things that we incorporate to keep us safe we we're younger, usually keep us separated when we get older. I think that's what happened to her. She references diseases and trauma.. she also mentions what some women have done to get by in life . Hopefully she can find a way to reevaluate her defenses, and find someone to be happy with. @@saharaloveland

Every woman was traumatized by supply-based or abusive relationships and either decided to stay in them or opt-out and go celibate. And most women did the former. In fact, the few women who opted out of dating back in the day were criticized and called man-haters, and today single and celibacy amongst women is the new norm. Which means that society's long-time denial of awful male behavior and women's intelligence to opt-out of it was overrode. And what's really strange is that there are still some women denying how bad men are and criticizing women who opt-out.

I think that she over-corrected for the things that she may have seen as mistakes. Having a kid with guys without relationships, and her kids having kids young, it's understandable that she shut everything down and focused solely on raising the kids. Seems like a trauma response and now it's showing the results. Now, could she have had balance for the last 20 years? Yes, But we all handle our trauma differently. Some people become hyper sexual, some people become completely turned off from sex. The apple usually doesn't fall far from the tree so I assume that she drilled her views into her kids. Thank you for posting this. It’s a complete reality check because sometimes you don’t know how you come across especially when speaking out of fear , bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness, rejection , abandonment , trying to get validation and self righteousness. We have all been guilty of this at some point. I pray this lady gets the healing that’s needed and all the love and support she yearns for.
