What a rude assumption, as is the responder’s comment about smoking. Not all of us are born with white teeth. I was born with yellow teeth (yes, we all have our baby AND adult teeth when we are born, just still in the skull) with brown fluorosis and white patches. I’ve just had whitening treatment to them.

Doctor, could you please reply to me and clear my doubt? It has been two months since they placed braces on my teeth. You know the small pearl-like object they put on the teeth? During my second visit, the doctor removed it from two of my teeth and repositioned it (moved it to the far end). Now those two teeth have moved quite a bit forward. The two teeth in the front are the ones I am referring to. Is it common for the pearl-like object to be removed and replaced as part of the treatment? Is there a treatment method where the object placed initially is changed later? I understand that braces, elastics, and bands are usually changed, right? But now, these front teeth have shifted forward, and the two adjacent teeth are going downwards. Could you explain this to me?
