Doctor mujhe anterior pelvic tilt ki problem h agar mai apki batai hui excersise ko follow karunga to mera posture kitne dino me thik ho jaega plz rply doctor bht pareshan hu

Mere dost ke kal swimming krte hue nak or muh me pani chala gya tha or pani bhi saaf ni tha, kal nhane ke bad se si hi usko thand lag rhi hai or gale me chest me nose me pani bhra hua sa feel ho rha hai, sir or eys bhi bhari lag rhi hai jaise pani bhra ho vha. Use fever bhi hai. Ab use kya krna chahiye please help
