Bracing inside a small subwoofer

Happy New Year full rangers. I started this downfiring passive subwoofer last year (yesterday😂). This is just to show how I fashion an internal brace to stiffen the box sides. You don't need a piece across the whole inside since the corners of the box reinforce themselves. Its the middle of the sides that need stiffening so all you need is a cross. I used scrap plywood. I hate jigsawing holes so the thought of a large piece with four cut holes in it didn't appeal to me. I simply glued it in place with PVA wood glue. Happy full ranging.☮️🇦🇺
