Thank you for the comment. So sorry about the experience. Here is my suggestion. 1. Try and see if it is just one of the earbuds that has a low battery or both earbuds. How? Connect one of the earbuds to your phone while the other one is in its charging case. And check the battery level. If it is at 100%, that means it is good. Do the same to the other with the first one in the case. One of them will be low or both. Now, if it's just one of the earbuds, clean the affected one with methylated spirit and cotton buds. The part to clean is the charging points and the pogo pins on the charging case. Now, charge them or charge only the affected earbud if it is just one. Please use a 5v 2A adapter and cable. A higher watts adapter rating can ruin the earbuds. After charging for 30 mins, check them individually and see if they are both at 100%. Most times, both will be at 100% and they are ready to go. If problem persist, kindly reach out to oraimo.

I once used the freepod 3, in terms of sound based quality, freepod 3 is better, why the riff is better than freepod 3 is because it has a better balance on the ear when listening to songs. I love both earpods anyways, but I've gotten the riff already before coming down to bracket reviews to compare both earpods. The good thing about them is, they're both water resistance. You can use them to have your bath.

You are welcome. Your question is... 🤔?! I understand you've the Oraimo Freepods 2 2baba edition which you are going to replace with another oraimo earbuds soon. If you mean, "Can you use it on two devices - your laptop and phone at the same time?! The answer is NO. If you mean, can you connect and switch between them ( e.g. Maybe, your laptop is connected to your earbuds and you want to make use of same earbuds on your phone). ... Answer is YES. All You need to do is switch OFF the Bluetooth of the currently connected device and switch ON the one you want it to connect to. So far, you switch ON and off Bluetooths, the Earbuds won't be confused. And they will get connected to your preferred device at any given them. Thank you for subscribing 😁

In this case two devices are connected. Now if I pause what I was listening to on my phone and decide to play something from my system it will play on the earbuds and vice-versa.

Do this settings... Check your Bluetooth settings. Select the gear icon and toggle on the phone calls options, hd audio settings option too. Don't forget to increase the volume of your phone. See if there is any improvement...
