Brad Garrett presents Phil Rosenthal with the 2013 Writers Guild Valentine Davies Award

Actor Brad Garrett presents the 2013 Writers Guild of America, West's Valentine Davies Award to "Everybody Loves Raymond'" Creator Phil Rosenthal. The Valentine Davies Award is given to the Writers Guild of America, West member whose contributions to the entertainment industry and the community-at-large have brought dignity and honor to writers everywhere.
Hosted by "Castle'"s Nathan Fillion, the 2013 Writers Guild Awards West coast show was held on February 17, 2013 at the JW Marriott L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles.
