Brad is a truly lovely young man, and his gratitude to his foster parents is incredibly touching. He's amazingly talented, but so perfectly acknowledged everybody else who took part. A treasure who deserves so much happiness in the future.

My mother had a family friend who could not read or write never had more than 6 months of continuous schooling due to her father being a shearer travelling all over the country working but Rene could okay the piano, never had a lesson, once she heard a tune played she could repeat by ear the tune in all its glory, a natural talent like this young guy well done to him and his foster parents

Playing by ear is the ultimate….❤
@wilsanders24926 ай бұрын
@@Tracertme, I couldn’t agree less. It can certainly be wonderful, but being able to speak a language is certainly not superior to being able to speak it AND read it. At some point in one’s evolution, perhaps they will even become skilled enough to write it with the notations. While praising this young man (who certainly deserves praise on so many levels), be careful that your praise of him doesn’t end up denigrating others who perhaps played by ear till age 8, then did the hard work of learning to read and maybe do concert level performance after practicing 6+ hours a day 24/7/365. Bless him, but saying that something less than complete mastery is somehow BETTER and MORE commendable than one who perfects the craft is not true in any sense.

When he started, I thought this was good. Then, I was trying to work out the classical pattern he was using. Then the emotions came, bugger the technicalities of the music. In this piece, he not only wrote the notes and all the Italian musical descriptions, but he also wrote emotion through it. A masterpiece. The piece was delightful and modern in classical style. I’ve never heard of him before, not the show. I somehow think only a few musicians on the show will rise to his standard. I’m sick of having to use many tissues.❤

Music....thank God for Music...Wow!! listen up Education chiefs...Music should be on a par with Mathematics, Englsih and Science. No other subject, idelogy, or medium can move you like Music. This young man epitomises what someone can do when they have that feeling to go and produce something so emotional, evocative, emotional and undescribable in its beauty that i defy any human being not to wipe a tear and feel a surge of heartfelt joy and happiness when this young man plays. You can coach,teach , lecture, talk but the beauty of the soul and the beauty of this young man's heart and soul poured out and wrapped the audience and me in a higher spiritual, beautiful place for 2-3 minutes that i did not want to leave or end. His beautiful soul and heart is matched by his wonderful caring foster parents. Humanity at it's finest.

This is simply amazing. Already after only a few seconds I had movie score vibes in mind... those two pieces I heard you play and composed for your foster parents and your daughter have characteristics I find also in great movie scores composers like John Williams : the music tells a story. And like often with John's scores (the best example being Star Wars), you can see the story in your mind while listening to the score. I hope one day I have your own movie scores in my playlists alongside those of John Williams, Harald Kloser and Basil Poledouris to only name three of my favourite ones.
