Looks good but I seldom have a pineapple handy, Coco Lopez is very dominant to my taste, and I like to taste the rum (obviously adjust to taste) This has been very popular here... so my recipe for one drink is: 2 Plantation 3 Stars Rum 2 Dole Pineapple Juice 1 Coco Lopez 1/4 Lime Juice (adds tartness to the pineapple) 1/8 Orgeat (adds a touch of nuttiness to the coconut) I used Giffards so adjust for other brands. Blend with a glassful of crushed ice until smooth.

I’m pro at making frozen drinks, the key is to freeze ice cubes of juice. The sugar content of the juice stops the the ice cubes from freezing all the way so when it goes in the blender it blends into a very very fine slush instead of larger crystals like straight up ice does.
