Very helpful video. I broke up with my ex a year ago because of what I thought was incompatibility but was really me going through situational depression. Now that I have understood what happened, why, and healed, I reached back out to learn she has a boyfriend after we hadn't spoken in 5 months. I wrote a letter explaining everything that happened and that I'd like to be in her life. Her having a new boyfriend complicates getting back together and I know it's not likely in this situation but I wanted her to know everything and how I still feel in case that relationship doesn't last. I'll have to move on too but there might be another opportunity where we are both single again. The thing about humanity is it always recovers so for me if it's not her it will be someone else. It's life. Just sucks that outside factors and timing mess up a relationship. Time is very precious and it can be wasted very easily on stagnation.

Hi Brad - I have had 9 years with my partner who decides he wants different things, we are both in our 30s and I wanted to settle down now he chooses to travel. I understand what you're going through. If someone asks you for space though, the last thing you want to do is to contact them. So make sure you take time to cut off contact and give him the space he wants as he travels around, okay? Sorry to hear that. What happened? If your ex has the "Grass is Greener" Syndrome, realize and accept that this is outside your control and really the best you can do is becoming the best version of yourself and vibrate higher, which means NOT taking less than what you deserve and not settling to just becoming an option, especially if this used to be a stable relationship between you two. She's likely taken you for granted, so you don't really need that in your life. Use the law of attraction. You deserve love and worth of love, so you can only attract love. If she goes away from it, then you repelled her and will most likely attract her back if she vibrates as high as you. Otherwise, be open to new people who may be on your level. Be strong!

Just try to play it cool and let him reach out first, give or take two weeks. Being blocked, I don't see this as a cause for concern really, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. Hello Coach Brad, You have provided great entree and sides. Good insight. I have a question for you; If your ex claims that she has moved on to someone else. meantime, she's blocked you on everything (social media, phone numbers, etc) When you intend to plead your case to her, she's emotionally indiffrent about you. claims how happy she is with her new man, what her new man has done for (financially and sexually). and speaks of as if your gum on the bottom of her shoe. Is better to just throw in the towel? Me and my ex were together the first five months of 2021. but were talking June 2020 until then. I broke up with her in May 2021. I reached back out to her in May 2022. Because I still loved her. We talked and agreed to rebuild and possibly get back together. We were seeing each other hanging out between time. on 12-22-22, Little did I know would be our last time hanging out and trying to make things right. She had requested to go to Hilton Hotel in Charlotte, NC for 41st Birthday which was in January. I agreed to take her. After 12-23-22, I didn't hear from her again. I had to cancel the hotel reservations. Like is said earlier, I was blocked from everything. I had to pull up to her apartment unannounced on 3-26-23 just to be embarrassed in front of her neighbors. after she refused to let me in her apartment, for her to say she doesn't love me anymore and has moved on. Is it really over?

Hi man, I'm sure Brad is going to reply you, but before that, let me give you an advice. No contact works on everyone - and even if she is an introvert, it doesn't change it not even a little how much it works. I know it is hard not messaging her, if you were used to do it every day, but trust me, it will give her the cold shower she needs and it will help you a lot! Don't reply to her! Even if she reach out to you by her own, ignore the messages (in the best case, if you use instagram/messenger, turn off your active status and don't open the chat at all). Use that 30 days to work out, to go out with friends, maybe even plan and go on vacation! If she will start to be mad, that you don't reply her, just send her a message ,,sorry, I am not trying to ignore you on purpose, I am just really busy and I am trying to move on". Then, close the chat and don't reply her. Do it for 30 days.

That can only happen if you let him. It's important you set some strong boundaries here first. If your ex continues to reach out to you during the no contact stage, however, then this really depends on the frequency and nature of the contact from your ex and whether or not you've reached the phase where you're supposed to be talking again. If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. If you're sure that's the only issue and the breakup has not been caused by anything else, then try to do the opposite of the "no contact" rule and see if your ex is receptive to contact at this point. If your ex isn't, then it's very important to give it time to let whatever anger there is between you two, especially from your ex's side, subside. Sometimes it takes a month but oftentimes it takes longer or shorter depending on the situation. You simply cannot rush this. An apology is in order, too. Personal meetups will happen naturally and while you may be ready for it, your ex may not be, so it's important to take that into careful consideration. Texting your ex, if done correctly, shouldn't pose a threat when trying to reconnect with an ex which is why I always suggest to go that route first, so focus on building rapport through texting, okay? The phase you're on (assuming you've done the first phase correctly which is the 30-day no contact rule) is the second phase where you're rebuilding attraction.
