I have a question since I have watched quite a number of house videos. Why is the master bedrooms usually on the lower level (lvl 2) not on the upper most level especially the views are more private and cant see the next neighbour's house? Is it because of the heat? U know lah Singapore. That is the only reason I can think of. So, why?

Property agents really should really try to polish up their spoken language before presenting videos. Also, the scripting is plain awful. From a marketing point of view, they have committed so many mistakes.... absolute no nos from a marketing /PR point of view.
