$2500 for a nearly 20 year old 4x4 crew cab work truck with those miles, in this condition (and in this economy) is pretty good. I would jump at that, even a bit over $5k probably. It's a starting point for a build. If you have the tools and skills (or patience to learn them in real-time) you can be all-in for less than double that, if you don't need serious engine or transmission work. I would presume new brakes, tires, suspension and some electrical gremlins from something like this... Nicely done. Hope I can find one about this range. It through a rod last month from injector flooding cylinder, so I put a new crate lq4 from dealer in it a few days ago ready to go another 25 years easily! Cheers on keeping the old real trucks alive.

I Haven’t heard it 🤔, when I’m under truck there’s an electrical noise that I made note of, but it goes away after awhile.

@@BradenBuildz Yeah! You're right. I've seen the video again and It's not in all, just when you're under the truck. Sorry for the advance comment. Keep it up 💪💪 I'm hooked on your videos. Greetings from Spain

If nobody’s said it, try using 2007.5 or 2008 when ordering parts or accessories, cause that year they had a split year with cat eyes and your model, that’s probably why the transmission pan gasket and tail gate trim piece wasn’t correct. Great job on the work you did!

Amazing how them manifolds came off so easily, also like how you took the chance with changing the fluid in the old transmission

Just did something similar. My parents were about to scrap their trashed out Honda CR-V with 230k miles and a Christmas tree of lights on the dash. Told them I'd take it, fix it, and give em half when I sell it. New MAF sensor, new camshaft position sensor, new fluids, new windshield, a round of seafoam, and refitting a side panel that had been popped loose and it's running just fine. Just need to replace the VTC actuator and detail and it will be good to go. Very satisfying to get things running again.

Pretty good deal for 2500. Nicely done, these pickups are underrated.

Just yesterday bought a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for same price… was the cheapest I could find, only issue is the hood and the dashboard and I’m pretty much good to go. Was in an accident so I do have to replace the airbag, but the transmission is new, engine rebuilt perfectly. Looked it over with my uncle for hours. Interior is fuckin POLISHED (minus the hole in the dashboard lol). Overall pretty damn happy
