Especially when there’s options for custom pet tribute items like those hand poked miniature pet statues that use the deceased pet’s fur and look just like your pet. I forget where I saw it but it might on KZbin shorts but a woman owns a small business where she crafts small recreations of pets and uses the fur for it. If you send her a picture of the pet she’ll make it look just like it. Great memorial piece with a piece of the pet without taxidermy.

The funny thing is Cathy has flat out said they weren’t her kids and it was almost always a non-affiliated choreographer because she kept her studio open and refused to give up her time with Vivi. The kids usually practiced their numbers in a hotel without her ever seeing it until the last run through right before they’d go on stage. It’s why she never was really upset about all the losses lol.

@@JaydaKapri no people wanna believe abby got it changed because of how aggressive abby was with pointing out the score mistake, and now people like saying mellisa said chloe won when she didn't mellisa said "I'm sure chloe probably won" saying that it's a very producer situation but it's also not the only score mistake on the show. People get mad because maddie showed she was actually better although giving them the same solo wasn't the way to prove that.

Chloe's choreo gets shafted throughout the series when Abby is there. Every time! She was prolly the best technical dancer in the group, imo. Love me some Chlo-bird! ❤️ Maddie has "the face" which counts for a lot of her success. She's a great lil performer...more than a technical dancer.

It's always so disheartening for me to remember just how long these kids were on this show. Like every time I watch these, I hope it'll be the time their mom takes them out, but then I remember seeing the girls as teenagers going through this same stuff for years

I love your reactions to these episodes! I don’t know if you ever saw the one season of “Raising Asia”, but I always felt like that gave her a lot of mature choreography that just didn’t work with a kid that young. Kenzie danced like a little girl and I loved her. It would break my heart that Abby would spend time comparing Kenzie to Maddie instead of letting her just be who she is. The trauma these kids went through wasn’t worth it. If you see the reunion those girls blocked things out and they still fall apart to this day talking about it. Someone needed to stand up for these kids. I think Christi did the right thing when she got Chloe out of that situation. I never understood how they would encourage their kids to be the number 2 to Maddie. I’m going to encourage my child to keep fighting for number one. And, the horrible things Abby would say about Chloe were just mean. Chloe never had a mean or lazy bone in her, she was terrified all the time. Abby now says that they would put the same steps in all the time because they had to do new routines every week, so they did what worked. These are kids, that Abby would tell them to grow up and tell their moms to shut up. If I would’ve told my parents to shut up at 9, I don’t think I’d be here now. You don’t have to be cruel to be a good teacher.

20:08 watching these episodes back that's what i think every time kathy shows up. she literally does nothing but provide a building for the dancers and choreographers. there are new dancers that she swaps out every time they don't win and same with the choreographer and she just stands in the back. it's bizarre

@_Rook12 I used to think the same thing but after listening to her interview on Back To The Barre it makes more sense to me. The reason she had to bring in new dancers is because her own team (the team featured on season 2) left the studio because they didn't like being on the show. And the reason she hires choreographers is because she didn't have time to reherse with the show team (I think they had to reherse on odd times because they all flew in for filming) while also teaching her other students/running her studio.

i used to go to an archery camp when i was younger run by this country family and they had like 4 dears a bear and wolf in the place we had to eat and i always HATED it. i felt so disgusting knowing they used to be alive. then they took us out back and tried to make us shoot at very realistic foam animals and i cried 😭 ( i was like 10 )
