How do you compare the handle of the 3 with the 3.5? Seems like with the 3 you could get a better pull on, and the 3.5 could be slightly more maneuverable. Maybe the 3 benefits more from the g10 and the 3.5 likes micarta. Any hotspots on that green g10 3? Edit: I would be doing some whittling with the one I'm interested in. 3.5 sheep Magnacut micarta.

For whittling the 3.5 3D has a more contoured handle. The 3” if you like to choil up. The G10 flat scales are my favorite & feel better on hip. Grip is good too. Also blade grind I prefer is full flat. Check out some LT Wright knives too. Thx & Good luck. Any other questions feel fee. 👊🏼

How do you like the sheepsfoot compared to the sabre? I'd be using for EDC but obviously it'll more often than not be used for regular life tasks than defense.

Not really I like it the best. Doesn’t show much wear. Even the Stonewash is good on them. I’ll see if I can do a short on the one I carry most in nimbus & Micarta. Check in a day or so. Thx again!💯👊🏼

Which do you think looks best the Full Flat Grind or the Saber Grind or False Edge Grind? I can’t decide which way to go? I like the ghost scales but want to ask, is it a “white” color or does it come out looking kind of greenish? Thanks for your help!

Johnson Black ....scales look like they are whiter than green kinda like glow in dark material. I have a full flat I did recently. Also for grind if ur gonna use for food prep regularly I’d go full flat, saber for harder use & false edge for more penetration. I have a DLC coated M390 in blue & black G10 if interested. Textured G-10 for sure. Plus they are thinner carry on the waist. Contoured if you have big hands. Kinda knobby back end….😁. Thx for asking!💯👊🏼

Hey D, I've snapped 5 bits trying to unscrew the scales on one of my guardian 3s. I literally had to go back to the hardware store to get 2 more and immediately snapped them too. Am I missing something, why are they continuously breaking like this over and over and over again?

Honestly I had the same damn problem. I even called and had Bradford send me some new bits thinking I was missing something. It was the same. Even the spanner #6 was a bit big & had to sand down the sides to fit. I’ve only been able to switch two scales & got lucky I guess. They either super lock tight them or who knows. I gave up trying to switch them for same reason. Maybe if you can heat them loose first it might help. I never reached out to them after the first time. Hope this helps. Let me know! Thx 💯👊🏼

It’s laminate wood, not real wood as real wood alter or rot overtime. It’s just to give a more aesthetically wood look, not actual wood infuse. It’s laminate wood
